Our aim was to create an environment to provide a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere in which you can savour beautiful flavours of professionally prepared food. A fine dining approach to a classic bistro.
The main focus is on using high quality ingredients and well paired flavours to create impeccably presented food.To ensure the quality remains high we primarily use locally sourced produce from the most praised suppliers.
As we are so passionate about using only the highest quality produce we design our dishes seasonally with a new menu launched each month - And for those of you wishing to indulge we now offer 10-course taster menus featuring elements from across the whole of the current menu.
Our menus offer four starters, four mains and two desserts which initially you may see as limited however this ensures we can prepare all food from fresh to order. It also allows us to have a flexible approach so we can cater for any preferences, dietary requirements or food allergies with enough notice so please do not hesitate to ask.
